It's not much fun getting spam and one way to avoid this is by not putting your email address on your web site in a way that can be read by a robot, well, not easily like it can if you include a HTML mailto: statement. If you want to email me then below is a picture of my email address so if you want to add me to your address book then you'll have to add it manually I'm afraid. You cannot click on it to launch your email program.
