This is a list compiled from (a) various peoples memories (and how reliable can that be if we were in the bar all the time) and (b) from the Cripps Hall Bar Managers board which was mounted in Cripps Bar.

From 1994 onwards, Cripps Hall employed a permanent bar manager and so the tradition of the students running the bar came to an end. This is a shame since it provided students with an opportunity to be involved in running a small business, gave them a great deal of good experiences to look back on in later life and provided them with an endless supply of fun, beer and walnut whips.
However, some good news is that Cripps Hall Bar has student assistant bar managers again (hurray), so I need to catch up on who they were. Thank you to Simon Condon for finding this site and taking the trouble to email me with the names of the people involved from 2001 through to 2003.
You will note that there aren't any email addresses for the bar managers but, for the names that have a * next to them, I have their email addresses and would be more than happy to pass on an email.
